Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges for most products, subject to certain conditions. To be eligible, the following criteria must be met:

  • The request for return or exchange must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
  • The product should not be a non-returnable item as specified in the product description or during the checkout process.
  • Any dispute will be subject to the judiciary of Gurgaon.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain products may not be eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons, copyright restrictions, or other limitations. Non-returnable items may include but are not limited to:

  • Undergarments, swimwear, or intimate apparel
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Software, digital downloads, or subscriptions

Return & Exchange Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team within the specified timeframe to request a return or exchange and provide the necessary details, such as the order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return or exchange process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, if applicable.
  • Pack the product securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent damage during transit.
  • Include all the original accessories, tags, and documents that came with the product.
  • Affix the RMA number (if provided) on the package and send it to the designated return address provided by our customer support team.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, without any signs of usage, damage, or tampering.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return/exchange is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
  • We reserve the right to assess the condition of the returned product and determine if it meets the eligibility criteria for a refund or exchange.
  • If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund or exchange process as per your request.

Refunds:

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Please note that the refund amount may exclude any shipping charges or applicable fees.
  • The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please specify the details while initiating the exchange request.
  • The exchange will be subject to product availability. If the requested product is not available, we will provide alternative options or process a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We may request supporting evidence such as photographs or videos to assess the damage or defect.
  • Based on the assessment, we will arrange for a return, exchange, or refund as per your preference and product availability.
